Okay, so I was asked to update my blog!
Currently I am 165 pounds, or around that area. Thats been my constant. I’ve been eating breakfast every morning! I have a workout period everyday for school now, and it changes up so we are never do the same thing each day. I think it helps to start the day off with exercise because you get your metabolism going. I have a well portioned lunch, thats no more then 280 calories usually. I eat a snack, that isn’t fatty after school. Also, I have cut out bread from my dinner meals. I try not to eat things to awful for myself, and when I am craving a snack I eat it, but not a lot of it. For example, I had three oreos the other day and that was it. Usually, I would eat a whole lot more then that, and not blink an eye. I really like that I am smaller, but it is harder to tell. Others see it better then I do. I think that once you’ve been a certain size, its hard to except yourself at another one. Hopefully, I lose more. I’d like to be in the 145’s eventually, but I’m not rushing anything!!
